Our server provides many e-mail options. You can use the Mail Management
tool to setup POP e-mail boxes, e-mail aliases (which redirect mail to any valid internet mailbox) and auto-responders (which will respond with any message
you prescribe) as well as passwords. You can even create e-mail boxes that go to more than one user. Once you’ve initiated the e-mail list tool, you’ll use
the Mail Management tool to manage one or more e-mail lists that anyone can subscribe to.

viewed by visitors. This tools allows you to put a graphical counter on your web site. With the counter tool, you can initiate the counter for your use, set up a

mailing list, the message is distributed to all the other subscribers. This ongoing dialog of information allows groups with common interests to discuss
issues and get answers 24 hours a day. The Mailing List option allows you to install, create, and maintain as many mailing lists as your package allows.

If you want to track information for recall using a database, MySQL is your
solution. MySQL is a database engine that you can use with your site. This feature of the Command Center will allow you to create a new MySQL
database and manage it. You will be able to add/edit/delete tables, fields and values. You can also run queries on the database if you need to.

The Network Troubleshooter runs a trace route from our server to your local
PC. You can also trace from your web site on our server to any other location on the Internet. A trace route shows the path that information travels over the
Internet to go from one location to another. If you are experiencing slowness or problems when connecting to your web site, you can use this tool to see a
snapshot of where the problem is occurring between your local computer and the server.

This option will install your PGP key on the server for use with PGPMail to
encrypt any forms information being e-mailed out of our server. Note: You must first have PGP installed on your local PC, and create a PGP key pair before
uploading the key to the server. You’ll use PGP on your local e-mail client to decipher the encrypted information from the server.

PGPMail is just like FormMail except that it has the unique ability to encrypt
the data being e-mailed to you. Encrypted e-mail provides a high level of security from prying eyes and hackers. Note: You must first have PGP
installed on your local PC, and create a PGP key pair before uploading the key to the server. You’ll use PGP on your local e-mail client to decipher the encrypted information from the server.

Our server comes with a server wide SSL certificate so that you can have
encrypted pages with purchasing an additional certificate. Some clients prefer to have their own certificate and that’s what this option is for. The SSL option
keeps private information going to and from the server from being viewed by hackers. This is critical for all pages that transfer private information like credit
card numbers, personal information, passwords etc. SSL is very easy to implement and provides encryption for your data.

program that can store up to 20 products. This is a great tool for simple quick ecomm sites. You can add pictures of products and much more. Our site took

Administration of our server is completely managed via SSH Telnet. This
provides our clients with the knowledge that their information is secured. SSH is provided only in special situations to clients with an established relationship
with EZ2BA.COM. Many users are not at all familiar with telnet and just as many do not need to use it. Telnet allows you to get a shell on our Linux
servers. The implementation of telnet that we use is called SSH. To use telnet (SSH), we require the user to send us a fax with a copy of their photo ID
requesting SSH. Users also need an RSA Key entered in the control panel in order to access it. You will also need to use SSH software.
